Reborn Treant is one of the early game bosses inWuchang: Fallen Feathersand is also one of the biggest enemies you’ll face in the entire game. It’s literally the size of a tree, hence the name “Treant,” which can be pretty intimidating at first.
However, don’t let its size fool you - Reborn Treant isarguably the easiest main boss in the entire game. Due to its lack of mobility and minimal moveset, players can defeat this boss fairly easily as long as they understand its weak points.

If you want punishing gameplay, but don’t want to pay for a game outright, these are great options for Playstation fans.
In this guide, you’ll learnhow to beat Reborn Treant in Wuchang: Fallen Feathers. This includes the best build for the boss, Reborn Treant’s attack breakdown, and more.

Where to Find Reborn Treant
Players can find Reborn Treant after beating theGreat Centipede boss in Mercury Workshop. Once you reach the Doomwillow Beach Shrine in Worship’s Rise, continue on the main path until you reach the end of the area and enter a large blood-covered arena.
Reborn Treant is the main boss of Doomwillow Beachin Wuchang: Fallen Feathers. Just a heads-up, Doomwillow Beach is a pretty challenging area with enemies that inflict status effects and deal high damage. Make sure to prepare yourself by finding Red Feathers and upgrading your Manna Vase.

Best Build for Reborn Treant
Typically, any weapon will do against Reborn Treant, but I recommend going with the Longsword. The Longsword deals high damage at barely any cost to speed, unlikethe axe which has slow attack animations.
Check out the build I used to defeat Reborn Treant in the grid below.

Lashing Whip +2
Benedictions
Oath: Bu - Skyborn Ward
Memory: Ren - Skyborn Vigor
Clerical Mask
White Spectre - Robes
Clerical Belt
White Spectre - Shin Wraps
Jade Pendants
Gourd Pendant
Twin Infant Pendant
Luduan Pendant
Main Spell
Manna Vase +2
Flameward Pill
Topaz Lotus Seed
Mind Lotus Seed
Temperance
Temper Needle
Bone Needle - Flame
Similar to theother builds we have on the site, yours doesn’t have to look identical. For example, Benedictions can be different as long as they focus on dealing damage and increasing stamina. You’ll be running around a large arena, so stamina is important.
However, it’s crucial to bringFire Lotus Seed to remove the Burnstatus effect and equip armor that has high Burn resistance. Additionally, you should bringFlameward Pillto increase Burn resistance andMind Lotus Seedfor Despair.

10 Soulsborne Bosses Harder Than The Final Boss
Being the last challenge doesn’t necessarily make you the most demanding.
Believe it or not, even though Reborn Treant is basically a fire enemy, Bone Needle - Flame still does a ton of damage, so definitely bring that as well.
Reborn Treant Moveset
Reborn Treant’s moveset isvery slow and isn’t too challenging to read. Still, there’s a lot going on in the boss arena that can make it feel overwhelming at first.
Study the gird below to learn about Reborn Treant’s moveset so you’re prepared next time you fight him.
Description
Despair Pool
Reborn Treant will place its arms down into the ground, creating a pool that inflicts Despair.
Fire Breath
Reborn Treant will shoot a pool of fire in front of its position. This is the perfect time to attack its head from the side since the attack animation is very long.
Corpse Summon
A handful of crawling corpses will emerge from the ground. Make sure to kill these enemies as fast as possible since they will cause chip damage. Luckily, they die very quickly.
Reborn Treant will create a wind orb and slam its tree arm to the ground. Dodge this once and then attack its arm when its stuck in the ground.
Ground Branches
Reborn Treant will summon a group of branches from the ground to attack the player. Dodge around these branches until they disappear.
Blood Fire Balls
Reborn Treant will shoot off balls of fire and blood. These track you, so make sure to continuously dodge until they hit the ground.
Reborn Treant will create a vacuum that sucks you in toward the boss. Continuously dodge in the opposite direction as much as possible to avoid being sucked in.
12 Hardest Final Bosses of All Time
Notoriously hellish and oh-so annoying.
How to Beat Reborn Treant
There aretwo attack moves that leave Reborn Treant extremely vulnerable, and these are Arm Slam and Fire Breath. Refer to the grid in the previous section for a description of those two attack moves.
When Reborn Treant slams his arm to the ground, the arm always gets stuck. This means you canrush in and get a handful of free hits on the boss, draining a good chunk of its health bar.
you may always tell this move is coming when Reborn Treant creates a gust of wind near its arm.

A birdseye view of the brutality really pulls a new spin on things.
As for the Fire Breath attack move, the fire only goes directly in front of the boss. This means you can loop around the fire and get to the side of Reborn Treant’s head and get ahandful of free attacks in.
you may even aim for its arms here too, if you’d like, but attacking the head does more damage.
In other words, in order to win this fight, you just have tobe patient and wait for Reborn Treant to execute these two attack moves.
In between these moves, dodge its other attacks andkill the corpse minionson the ground so they don’t cause a distraction. Luckily, Reborn Treant moves incredibly slowly, so you have plenty of time to kill the crawling corpses.
ensure tostay away from the blood pool that spawnsaround Reborn Treant, as this can inflict you with Despair. However, if your Despair meter is about to fill up,cleanse the status effectimmediately by using Mind Lotus Seed. If you get affected with Despair, you automatically die.

Dialed-up Dark Souls
It’s important to note that it takes a long time to get infected with Despair here, so as long as you’re not standing in the pool for a long time, you should be fine.
Remember to use Temperancebefore entering the boss area and useTopaz Lotus Seedif you ever get inflicted with Burn during the fight. Burn is a devastating status effect that can drain your health in a heartbeat, so it’s crucial to use it right away.
