In a recent update on X, the announcement was made thatAvengers: Secret Warswill allegedly be cut in two parts. Much like what the Harry Potter franchise did withHarry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I and II,the MCU film will follow suit. It might have been due to an excessive runtime or other reasons but fans thought the worst.

Taking to Twitter, people talked about how Marvel Studios had become a greedy corporation and that it was just a tactic to get more money from people. With two parts, the MCU could also have a brief period where they could create hype before dropping the final film which is a business tactic that is annoying to fans.

“I don’t need to be in the MCU, I’m Nic Cage. I understand what the frustration is. I get it. But I think there’s plenty of room for everybody. I’m seeing movies like ‘Tár.’ I’m seeing all kinds of artistic and independently driven movies. I think there’s plenty of room for everybody.”
So, that’s that. As for now, nothing can be confirmed or denied regardingAvengers: Secret Warsbeing cut into two parts. All we know is that the Marvel film is set for a release date of 12 July 2025 in theaters across the U.S.
