Pokemon Legends Arceusis the latest Pokemon game and is going to be even more focused on item collection than ever before, with Apricorns being one item that will be especially helpful in the game.
Rather than the usual Pokemon formula that we have gotten used to over the years, Pokemon Legends Arceus changes things in many ways.
This is due to a move to a more Monster Hunter style setup with regions to explore that are full of many different items to collect, which is even more important with the game’s new crafting mechanic.
What are Apricorns?
Pokemon Legends Arceusis far from the first time we’ve seen Apricorns in the Pokemon series, as they originally made their debut back during Pokemon Gold and Silver in the Johto Region.
In those games, you could collect Apricorns of various types and take them to Kurt in Azalea Town to get them turned into special Poke Balls beyond the usual ones like Great and Ultra.
This was a big deal for Pokemon, which became much more streamlined later by offering the various types of Poke Balls in different in-game shops rather than requiring you to go and find Apricorns.
WithPokemon Legends Arceusbeing set in the past though, Apricorns are playing a big part in the game once again where the technology is nowhere near what we are used to in the world of Pokemon.
Where To Find Them InPokemon Legends Arceus
The good news is that Apricorns are pretty easy to come by inPokemon Legends Arceus, with your Pokemon playing a key role.
What you have to do is walk around the overworld and find trees out in the open, which you then need to throw your Poke Ball at.
Doing this will send out your Pokemon to hit the tree and knock down Apricorns, which you don’t even have to go and pick up manually. Instead, they will be added to your supplies automatically and you may move on to the next tree.
