Call of Duty: Black Ops 6is just a few short months away from release. The latest installment in the rich first-person-shooter franchise promises the return of intense multiplayer combat, a fan-favorite Zombie mode, and a campaign that will keep everyone on the edge of their feet.

While Treyarch confirmed 16 new maps for launch, it seems that one iconic map is included in that number and is returning in the latest installment. Nuketown has been a staple of the series since its debut in 2010’sBlack Ops 1.

As a result, Nuketown 2025 was seen inBlack Ops 2, a futuristic reimagining, thenBlack Ops 3gave players a neon-lit version of the map, whileBlack Ops: Cold Waruttered way to a more weathered and rundown version of the map set in the 1980s.

Each iteration of the eponymous map has its loyal fan base and wow, with the next title around the corner, it seems that the map is returning with a new twist.

Moreover, another fan agreed saying that the map is best for multiplayer mode. While rumors are still unconfirmed and running wild, fan debate on a possible inclusion in the upcoming title rages on.
