Like DC Studios, CW is also on the clear path of revamping as the demand of the race to sustain in the huge competition. Nexstar Media Group’s CW has offered several DC shows includingSuperman & Loisbut the company announced the cancelation of the show ahead of its season 4 premiere.
Certainly,Superman & Loishas been one of the biggest hits from the network. However, the executive decision to keep the show for an extended run with a few more seasons was not exclusive to CW. Fans are not very happy with the cancelation of the show as it has created an online debate immediately.

The CW seriesSuperman & Loisis heading toward its fourth and final season. However, the concern surrounding the show remained as there will not be another season for the hit show based on DC comics.
Speaking withTheWrap, the CW’s president of entertainment, Brad Schwartz revealed that the decision to cancel the show was not particularly in the hands of the network as the characters are owned by Warner Brothers. As DC bossJames Gunn’shighly anticipated DC flickSuperman: Legacyis slated for 2025 release, Warner Brothersdoes not want Superman property competingwith the upcoming film.
“They don’t want a competing Superman product in the marketplace,”Schwartz said.
Schwartz further revealed that the fourth season of the show will be of the highest quality.“I watched the first episode last night, and it’s going to make you cry,”he said. Further, he promised asatisfying ending to the fan-favorite show.
