Best Location For Getting Kills Early Game
WithOld Townsitting towards the center of the map, it is no surprise that it is currently themost contested area to drop into. Though players who are looking to increase their chances of winning may want to stay clear of this area entirely, Old Town is great to travel to if you are looking tostart the match with a decent number of Operator kills.
Old Town garners the most attention out of all the available drop locations, providing players with theopportunity to hone their gun skills, or simply get the desired action that they may be lacking when heading to other areas. When dropping into Old Town, make sure to go to any one of the buildings and secure yourself some loot right off the bat. Another suggestion we have is to secure elevated areas - such as roofs of buildings - right from the get-go, as they provide an advantage in getting the drop on unsuspecting players below.
Zaravan City
Best Location For Making Use Of Height Advantage
Zaravan Cityis another particularly popular spot for players to head to, and this is mainly down to the sheer size of this location. Zaravan City is a metropolitan area akin to Al Mazrah City featured in Modern Warfare 2’s rendition of Warzone, and there isno shortage of loot in this location. Zaravan City shares the same benefit as Old Town for providing players with an abundance of early-game fights. However, Zaravan City also offers players a greater opportunity tomake use of height advantage.
Zaravan City provides players with numeroushigh-rise buildings that can be used as vantage pointsfor sniping or gunning opponents down across range. Players can also use these elevated portions of the map to fast travel in situations where they need to rotate quickly to zone, or simply push opposing teams. One thing you may want to look out for when heading to this location, however, are other players sitting on adjacent buildings - as they too are fully capable of taking you out if the opportunity presents itself.

Orlov Military Base
Best Drop For Long-Time Veteran Players
Orlov Military Basemay not stand out all too much when compared to the previous two locations, but it can still be great for a few reasons. Orlov Military Base is one of the few larger drop locations that islocated on the outskirts of the map, meaning it still provides a decent amount of loot - but does not garner as much attention from players as the previously mentioned POIs. Of course, you will only want to head to Orlov Military Base if it sits near the first circle, as you may be fighting the gas if that is not the case.
The main benefit of this location is its familiar layout. Orlov Military Base is a more expansive rendition of the map Countdown, which was first featured in the original Modern Warfare. This makes it a great place for veteran players to head to, as they may already have memorized the layout of the map, granting them an advantage forusing the surroundings to outflank and outplay opponents.
Seaport District
Best Low Threat Area
Just like Orlov Military Base,Seaport Districtis also located on the outskirts of Urzikstan and is often overlooked by most players. When dropping here, you shouldn’t expect to run into too many players, allowing you to focus much of your efforts onlooting and preparing for the rest of the match. Though Hadiqua Farms and Low Town are less contested than Seaport District, they do not yield the same loot potential.
While the abundance of buildings is the main reason why loot is so prevalent here, they also provide a lot of cover to make use of during gunfights. There are also quite a few apartment buildings on the east side of the area, and heading to the top of them provides agreat vantage pointfor gunning other players down across range.
Popov Power
Best Area For Cash & Loot Options
Popov Poweris not the best location by any means, but it is a great consideration for players looking toget a lot of cash and loot fast. Popov Power is located just north of Old Town, and while there will still be some competition when dropping here, most players will be heading straight for the center of the map, thus taking some of the pressure off during the early game.
The main advantage Popov Power has is its sheer scale. Popov Power is a huge POI featuring dozens of buildings, all of which areoutfitted with numerous Supply Crates. This means that, no matter where you land here, you are sure to acquire a good amount of cash and weapons to tie you over until you can get your custom loadout.
