“This lawsuit is replete with lies, obscene made-up instances that never occurred, and a vindictive distortion of the truth. He will vigorously defend himself.”

Well, McMahon refused to accept these allegations. However, TKO Group Holdings has released a statement of its own stating that the co-founder of the modern WWE, despite continuing to be listed as the Executive Chairman of the Board, does not manage the day-to-day affairs of WWE. Grant’s accusations are taken seriously by TKO, which says they are handling the situation internally.

“Mr. McMahon does not control TKO nor does he oversee the day-to-day operations of WWE. While this matter predates our TKO executive team’s tenure at the company, we take Ms. Grant’s horrific allegations very seriously and are addressing this matter internally.”

The lawsuit also named former WWE Champion Brock Lesnar and retired professional wrestler John Laurinaitis. The latter is mentioned as one of the people McMahon allegedly persuaded to have s*x with Grant. Also, McMahon allegedly used Grant as a pawn in order to help sign Lesnar to a new contract.
