The official Twitter account forValorantrevealed in arecent tweetthat Reyna has been the most-played Agent of the game in 2022. While Reyna is always known for her effective skills to get kills, some might have thought of other Agents to be the top choice of the community. As a dueler, Reyna’s abilities suit best her role in the team, allowing the huntress to push into the sites and entries using her blinding ability. Also, her special ability to overheal or gain a movement bonus with invisibility after getting a kill, makes Reyna even stronger on the battlefield as time passes.

Despite these superior skills, some Valorant players would probably expect Chamber to become the most-played Agent of the year, regarding his overpowered skills in repositioning and watching the angles. The French Agent did receive a huge nerf earlier this month, which limits almost all his skills. This will surely reduce Chamber’s pick rate in the long run, leaving Reyna without any significant rivals at the top.Riot Gamesalso did apply some significant buffs to Cypher, attempting to increase the Sentinel Agent’s pick rate.

Recently, Riot Games revealed its plans for fighting against smurfers in Valorant, which is one of the most annoying issues that the game is dealing with at the moment. When players from higher ranks take control of the accounts belonging to novice players to boost their rank in Competitive, they create pretty unfair matchmaking that prevents other players in lower ranks such as Iron, Bronze, and Silver from making progress. This often causes disappointment for players in the lower ranks, pushing them to prefer Unrated to Competitive, and leaving the scene for even more smurfers.

Next year is going to be a pretty exciting one for Valorant fans, as leaks suggest that Riot is already making a new map. Also, we will get some changes in the Competitive map pool.
