To celebrate the launch ofThe Legend of Zelda: Linkâs Awakeningfor Nintendo Switch, Nintendo UK heldan art contestgathering tons of talented artists to create something based in or inspired byLink’s Awakening. Not only did this mean traditional art but also left more room for creative entries such as puppets, videos, or other endeavors.After the contest ended, Nintendo UK finally revealed the winner of said contest on their official Twitter account. The winner submitted a unique piece that depicts linking the past with the present, by using the graphics of the original title superimposed with the updated style of the remake. And honestly it’s a great piece of art and wholly deserving of its win:
Nintendo UK has also been posting runner up artworks as well on the same account and they’re absolutely incredible. It really drives home the kind of amazing talent thatThe Legend of Zeldafanbase possesses:
