If you go to the northeast of the map, there is a small round lake, next to which you can spot a Kamatukis Shrine with quite an easy puzzle to solve. Hopefully, you don’t need to wear any special clothes on your path to the Shrine.
Kamatukis Shrine Location
Kamatukis is located in the Akkala region, on the northeast of Eldin. The mountain located in the southwest of the shrine is a pretty dangerous place, which is why we suggest you head to the shrine from the southern part if you don’t have enough resources and power to fight head-to-head with giant enemies.
There is no serious threat around the shrine. So, you’re able to safely land and head inside Kamatukis.
Solving Kamatukis Shrine
Timing is a key to solving the puzzles of Kamatukis. Your main task is to shoot a rocky ball into a hole in two different levels with some added challenges. It might require you several tries to be able to correctly shoot the ball, which is completely based on your timing.
Once you are in the main area, turn left and get inside the room. You can spot a box, a sphere, and a floating target in the air that moves constantly. You need to use the box and the pillar on top of it to shoot the ball, but it does have a small trick.
First of all, pick the ball and put it in the back. So it doesn’t fall off. If you lose the ball for any reason, you may spawn a new one by smashing the yellow obelisk-like statue in the room. Now, grab the box, move it a bit ahead, and attach it to the hanging pillar from the exact position shown in the image below.
You can now put the ball in its original place. Enable your Ultrahand ability, grab the box, and move it toward the door to cause the box to swing and hit the ball. The more you pull the box to your side, the heavier it will shoot the ball. If you shoot it too strong, it won’t stand inside the floating target. The positioning of the target is also important before you leave the box. The image below shows perfect positioning and shot power for completing this puzzle. Once the ball stays inside the hole, you will receive access to a chest.
Now, move to the other room for a similar puzzle. Attach the box to the pillar in the same way as before. Pull back the box and go a bit right. Your shot needs to send the ball to the left side of the target as the edge on the right will avoid it from reaching the hole. This one might seem a bit complicated, but you will get the hang of it pretty soon.
As soon as you successfully place the ball inside the hole, another door will open up, leading you to the Light of Blessing.
