Sylvester Stallone Accused Of Forcing A 16-Year-Old To Join A Threesome
Back in 2018, The Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office declined to prosecuteSylvester Stallonefor a woman’s claim that he ra*ed her in his Santa Monica office in 1990, as reported byTMZ.
Following a review of the investigation conducted by Santa Monica police, prosecutors cited insufficient evidence to file charges. None of the witnesses corroborated the woman’s allegations, and two witnesses reportedly contradicted her story, according to sources cited by TMZ.

The claim, made by an unidentified woman, was under investigation by Santa Monica police back in December 2017, despite the expiration of the statute of limitations, which is 10 years for sexual assault or battery in California.

Stallone, through his attorney Martin Singer, vehemently denied the se*ual assault allegations. Stallone acknowledged spending three days with the woman in Israel during a movie shoot in 1987 but denied seeing her at all in 1990. Singer also mentioned that Stallone was considering pursuing charges against the woman for filing a false police report.
This claim marked the second se*ual assault allegation against Stallone in the wake of the #MeToo movement, following revelations about producer Harvey Weinstein.

The Daily Mailreported back in 2017 that it had obtained a police report involving a 1986 seual assault allegation against Sylvester Stallone. The accuser claimed she consented to have sx with Stallone but not with De Luca, and that Stallone threatened to “beat her head in” if she disclosed the incident.
In response to the Daily Mail report, a spokeswoman for Stallone issued a statement dismissing the allegations as a “ridiculous, categorically false story.”

“This is a ridiculous, categorically false story. No one was ever aware of this story until it was published today, including Mr. Stallone. At no time was Mr. Stallone ever contacted by any authorities or anyone else regarding this matter.”
The statement asserted that neither Stallone nor anyone else was aware of this story until its publication. It further stated that Stallone was never contacted by any authorities or anyone else regarding this matter.
