Though this time, he has seemingly been caught. According to the details served by Aesthetics Doctor Jonny Betteridgewithfacts, Pitt just might have undergone a facelift recently.
And considering his massive new transformation, which was first spotted while he sat cheering at the Wimbledon Championship match 2023, the doctor’s claims just might be true even as they haven’t been confirmed by the actor.

Dr. Jonny Betteridge, an Aesthetics Doctor, seems to have unfolded the mystery behind the fan-favoriteBrad Pitt‘s“aging backward”trick, which has been more visible than ever as of late: A possible facelift.
According to him, four years ago, theBullet Trainstar had some evident signs of aging, considering how he was in his mid-50s at the time. These were seen through the“deep static lines, volume loss to the eye and mid-face area, and some skin laxity to the lower face”on his face.
In clinical terms, these changes are a natural process included throughout a person’s aging process as the facial bones, which provide the foundation for the muscle fat pads and skin, end up getting“bone resorption, fat pad shrinkage, loss of muscle tone, and skin thinning.”
However, last year in July, at the Wimbledon Championship 2023, Pitt was seen with a face visibly cleared from all these above-mentioned signs of aging — a transformation that made him look“more youthful.”
Explaining the change in his facial features, Dr. Betteridge recently pointed out through his Instagram (@drjb.aesthetics) how the actor’s side-on profile has shown a clear change in his lower face as compared to his photo from four years ago; claiming a“facelift”to be the reason behind this change.
He then detailed a specific shift in his features that further proved his claim that Pitt had undergone a facelift: A scar on the actor’s earlobe. Referring to it as“the classic appearance of a facelift scar,”Dr. Betteridge clarified that the skin around the earlobe gets raised during the facelift procedure, leading to a change in“the shape and position of the earlobes.”
Thus, concluding that theFight Clubstar did indeed undergo a facelift treatment, the doctor said:
“I think he looks seriously good for this transformation, it’s a great example of surgery done well.”

Although these reports are yet to be confirmed by Brad Pitt and his representatives, the drastic change in his facial features and all these facts align quite naturally, leaving even less space for doubt of it all being just a fake rumor.

Other Reasons Behind Brad Pitt’s Facial Transformation
While Dr. Jonny Betteridge cites the reason behind Brad Pitt’s facial transformation as a possible facelift, aesthetics practitioner and skincare expert Amish Patel cites yet another reason behind the same: His change in hairstyle and loss of facial hair.
As per what Patel shared with theEvening Standard:
“It looks like [Brad Pitt] has lost the facial hair, which will instantly give him a more youthful appearance, especially as his facial hair will naturally show through some grey at his age. He also has a new hairstyle, giving him a more contemporary, youthful appearance.”
Then there’s the skincare part, for which the practitioner justifies the change as the result of his ditching drugs and alcohol. Then there’s his own skincare brandLe Domaineas well, which could have easily taught Pitt more than just one thing about skincare.
“Brad’s skincare is likely to include SPF to help prevent sun damage,” Patel said, “and it’s possible he may include retinol in his skincare, given the youthful glow.”
