The main protag-cat-nist inStrayisn’t the onlycute critterin the game. Those little Zurks are also cute… but in a creepy sort of way, so why would anyone want to hurt them? If that sentence resonates with you, then you might want to try to unlock thePacifist Trophy(Pacifist Achievementon PC). In total, there are25 trophiesto be obtained in thePlaystationversion. There are24 achievementson thePCversion, which excludes the Platinum “All Done” Trophy for unlocking all other trophies.
to get this trophy, you may want to complete theSewers chapterfirst to get a feel for the level and get any othercollectiblesin this zone. If you know your way around this area, it will be much easier to navigate and complete the 3 simple puzzles. That’s because this achievement requiresyou not to kill any Zurks with the Defluxor.

How To Unlock Pacifist Achievement In Stray
Near the end of the previous chapter, you were given theDefluxoras an attachment toB-12. HoldingL1for a brief moment on Zurks will pop their squishy bodies, unfortunately killing them in the process. For this achievement, you arestill able to shake them offyour body as it doesn’t kill them. But what if they miss their target and fall to their deaths? That won’t penalize you either, and you’re able to still earn it.
The first challenge happens soon after getting off the raft with Momo. Here, take note of thebarrelsyou jump down onto to reach the lever surrounded by Zurk egg nests. You can come back up here to escape the majority of these critters. Sticking to theleft of the levershould only cause a few of the nests to pop, reducing the amount you’ll need to avoid. Alternatively, you can just run around in a big circle while you wait for Momo’s raft to get there.

The second puzzle takes place just after navigating the platforming section of pipes. There is acheckpointhere as you approach anopen roomwithmany egg nests. You can make it through by staying on theright side of the hallwayand then popping one cluster of nests as you book it toactivate the leverlocated on avertical pipe(see image below).
After pulling the lever, you will need tosprint ahead, as even more Zurks will spawn. Dodge the oncoming swarm and avoiding as many egg nests as possible. At the end of this section, hop down onto thepipetogive you respitefrom the swarm. There’s another checkpoint here.

The last puzzle requires you to accesstwo panelson either side of alocked door. Travel across the platforms (not the edges of the room) andsprint to the barrelsat the end of the platforms, jumping across the water below to save time. There is also anothercheckpointhere afterdisabling one lock. After the first lock, more Zurks will drop from the ceiling. Sprint back near the beginning and over to the other side, jumping across the gaps to get to the other panel. Remember toshake off the Zurksas soon as they attach themselves to you; there will be a lot of them.
Finally, after a brief cutscene and checkpoint, you will need tosprint straight through a long corridor. When the path opens up, make a slight left at the walkway, head up the stairs, and then make a slight right after another set of stairs before zig-zagging to the end of the zone. Making it past here and under the closing door without killing any Zurks will get you thePacifist Trophy.
