Depending on what kind of gameplay you want, you will need to select a certain setting. If you want everything to be a breeze and to just enjoy the storyline, pick very easy or easy. What Is The Difference In Difficulty Settings
You may be wondering what all the changes in the different difficulty settings are. Thankfully, the menu gives a pretty decent idea of what all changes. The harder the difficulty, the harder enemies will be to kill. Each level sees an increase in enemy health, damage, and quality of items. However, the higher the difficulty you are playing on, the better items you will receive as a drop. Since enemies will have better equipment, they will be dropping better equipment. This means that the higher the difficulty you are on, the more often you will see legendary items drop from random enemies. You will also see more rare, very rare, and epic items as well.

The only other difference between the difficulty modes is that the easier the level, the more damage you deal to enemies. In the same vein, the easier the difficulty, the less damage will be done to you. Thankfully, there aren’t any known achievements that are based on difficulty levels. This means you should play where you are most comfortable.
