Akila Cityis one of the main cities in the story of Starfield. Acting as the capital of theFreestar Collective, you will often be required to visit the city for several quests. While walking through the streets of Akila, you might encounter one quest called Charity of the Wolf by talking with an NPC.
How To Start Charity Of The Wolf
After talking with the NPC guard, you will learn about Amira Wolf. Amira Wolf is a generous person who runs The Low House to help needy people.You will have to meet Amira Wolffirst to begin the quest.
Follow the marker to reach Amira Wolf in The Stretch. She will tell you the challenges she faces to run The Low House. Choose“Sure, I can spare a minute.”to proceed with your conversation with her. She will then begin explaining her work. Proceed with donating 100 credits. Then choose“Let me know if there’s a way I can help out.”
Amira will then ask you to meet Sarah Filburn to inquire about Filburn Agricultural System’s late shipment of IntelliWheat since it is holding up Amira’s work.
Meet Sarah Filburn
Follow the marker to reach Weston Filburn’s House, and you will find Sarah Filburn inside it. Proceed with your conversation with Sarah. She will discuss her husband and his brother’s lack in the company that can feed the whole Settled Systems.
Once the choice pops up, choose“Amira Wolf at the Low House sent me about the IntelliWheat shipment.”She will explain the problems they are facing. To help make things easier for her, choose to help her with the simple reboot they need. She is unable to do this due to the Ashtas roaming around the facility and the security of her workers.
Now follow the marker to head towards rebooting the farming equipment. On your way beyond the wall, you will face some Ashta that has been delaying the work. Kill all the Ashtas as you can and enter the equipment area.
Use the Farming Computer and reboot the farming facility. Once you are done, return to Amira for the rest of the work.

Collect Donations
After taking care of the IntelliWheat shipment, Amira will give you another work. You will now have to collect donations from a few wealthy individuals in Akila City since the Low House is short in credits and needs more donations to operate. She will mention three individuals you need to collect donations from: the mayor of Akila City Elias Cartwright, Reisha Lance of Laredo Firearms, and Duncan Lynch from Trade Authority. You will then get three markers pointing to the three individuals. We will go one by one.
Elias Cartwright
The closest to your location will be Elias Cartwright. You can find him just outside of the Stretch. Start with a warm appreciation of his welcome. You can just remind him of the donation: “I’m here to ask for donations for the Low House.”Apart from reminding him of the donation, you can ask more about Akila City to know more directly from the mayor himself.
Duncan Lynch
Just a few feet away from Elias’ location is the Trade Authority. Head inside the Trade Authority to talk with Duncan Lynch. you’re able to ask for some work in the Trade Authority or directly ask him for donations for the Low House. However, it seems he is not that generous as a person. He will say no, saying that The Trade Authority has a firm policy of not getting involved in internal matters. You can try to convince him with the other dialogue choices, but it won’t work. He will refuse to donate.
Reisha Lance
The next one is Reisha Lance. The Laredo Firearms office is just beside the Trade Authority. You will find Reisha Lance inside the office, talk with her, and ask for donations for the Low House. She will assure you of sending over the donations.
Completing The Quest
Once you are done, head towards the marker to talk with Amira to finish the work for her. She will hand over therewards of 5,000 creditsthat Sarah Filburn sent for you as a token of appreciation for helping her. However, the quest is still ongoing. Amira will ask you for one last favor: delivering an IntelliWheat harvest to Simone Jansen and her family. You will find Simone Jansen nearby. Deliver the harvest to her, andyou will receive 2500 credits for your work.
