And it’s been confirmed that anything sold out at this time will be restocked at a later date:

Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne HD Remasterwill release forPS4 and Nintendo Switch in Japan on October 29th. The remaster will be localized a bit later and come west in Spring 2021. No precise date was shared yet by Atlus West and Sega but we’ll be sure to keep you updated as soon as possible when the announcement rolls around.
