In an interview withWWD, González and Corenswet proved that they were already friends, even solving crosswords together. Interestingly,González lost a DC roleand was deeply disappointed in it. It was heartbreaking for her when she didn’t get the role of Catwoman in Matt Reeves’The Batman. She came so close to the role as she did a detailed screen test, but Zoë Kravitz eventually landed the role.
