It was a very well-known fact that Cuban supported the Republican Party and sided with Donald Trump. However, things seem to have changed for the businessman, as he has become quite vocal about his switch in alliance to Kamala Harris. Considering how calculated he is about his professional life, this decision must have followed a similar attitude.

During an interview, Cuban revealed the exact reason why he had this switch, and his reasoning was quite interesting.

However, it would seem that Cuban has had a change of heart, as in recent interviews, he has been very vocal about his change of heart and new-found application towards Kamala Harris.

During a recent interview onClub Shay Shay, the businessman talked about how he stopped agreeing with the beliefs and policies that Trump was putting out. He started by talking about Trump supporters, mentioning that if they do not think of him as a threat to the country, then they do not understand the importance of these elections.

He then talked about his friendship with Trump, stating that they have known each other for 25 years. One would assume that this close connection would make the businessman more inclined to vote for the former president. However, he confessed that with how well he has gotten to know Trump, he does not agree with the politician in the slightest.

I’ve known him for 25 years, I don’t trust him,” the celebrity investor said of the 78-year-old convicted felon. “I don’t think he’s moral, I don’t think he’s ethical, I’ve seen him rip people off, I don’t believe pretty much anything he says, and so I’ve been trying to support Kamala [Harris].

Using some strong-worded adjectives, he mentioned that he does not think Trump is a moral man, and due to this, he has been focusing his attention on Harris instead.

Mark Cuban gave a separate interview withVivek Ramaswamy, where he spoke along similar lines. He started by mentioning that he started off on Trump’s side. However, the more he got to know him, the more he was not interested in being by his side.

He revealed that he started off thinking very highly of Trump, thinking him to be better than the rest of the candidates, and was almost refreshing. As time progressed, however, things shifted for Cuban. He revealed that Trump ended up doing one of his friends dirty, which made him change his mind.

I actually started off supporting Donald, and then I got to know him better, I was like, he’s great; he’s not a typical Stepford candidate. I thought that was a positive. But then I got to know him…stole $4 million from a friend of mine that had to sue to get it back,

The businessman revealed that the former president ended up stealing $4 million from one of his friends. The entire situation got quite serious as Cuban revealed that they had to sue to get their money back.
