Step 1: Reach Enforcer Rank and Unlock the Docks
Before you can even think about coca and hitting the holy grail of drugs for yourcriminal empire,you need to hit Enforcer Rank I first.

Offering the right product sample to a potential customer can greatly increase your chances of turning them into a regular. But if you just happen to bump into someone while roaming the streets, you can always take a chance and offer whatever you have in your inventory.
Step 3: Purchase Coca Seeds from Salvador Moreno
Once Salvador Moreno is onboard, you’ll be able to purchase coca seeds for $80 a pop. Just like yourother suppliers, the limit for a dead drop is 10 pcs.
If you need more, Salvador Moreno can arrange a delivery of up to 160 pcs. coca seeds straight to your location for a $200 delivery fee.
Step 4: Grow and Harvest Coca Plants
Now for the farming part. Similar to weed plants, you’re able to use grow tents that you can purchase at any hardware or, better yet, buy Suspension Racks, Air Pots, Drying Racks, and Full Spectrum Grow Light from Oscar to produce the best coca leaves.
Don’t forget to add and purchase a Cauldron and a Lab Oven, you’re going to use them later on.

My advice is to use PGR instead of Fertilizer to boost your coca leaves production, and don’t worry about the quality of your harvested leaves, because that’s what the drying racks are for.
The quality of your product plays a big role in bringing in new customers, especially with Suburbia still waiting to be unlocked. A higher-quality product also makes customers more forgiving if you happen to send them the wrong item and quality matters even more when dealing with your high-spenders. If you send them low-quality products, there’s no guarantee that they’ll accept them, even if the order is correct. And if you do mess up, well, better have your skateboard ready, because they will probably attempt to shank you.
Step 5: Use Cauldron and Lab Oven to Cook Cocaine
After harvesting and drying coca leaves, the next step is to boil them with gasoline using the Cauldron, then cook the mixture in the Lab Oven. Similar to meth, you’ll need to hammer the final product three times to get x10 Cocaine.
The base cocaine product sells for $150 and is the highest selling price of any base product available in Schedule 1.
