Where Is The Boat Chest InRE8
When you board the boat for the first time during the mission at Moreau’s Reservoir, you may notice a broken down windmill near the boat with a chest underneath.
Unfortunately, you won’t have access to the chest at this point and will need to return to it later.
How To Unlock The Boat Chest
In order to gain access to the chest on the boat in Moreau’s Reservoir, you will need to complete a couple of steps first.
Head onto the boat and continue with the story, once you have progressed you will need to drain the reservoir and defeat Moreau.
Draining the reservoir is what will allow you access to the chest on the boat. In order to do this, you will need to turn on the power to operate the sluice gate.
Check outGamerpillar’s full YouTube guideon turning on the electricity and opening the sluice gate to find out the exact steps. Once you have turned on the power, head back to the control panel and co-ordinate the lights with the colouring next to it.
This will then drain the resorvoir, defeat Moreau and return to the boat chest to find the water has now dissaperead and you will have full access to the chest.
Inside the chest you will find a Silver Angel Statue.
