The easiest method of getting Wheat Seeds is to simplypurchase themfrom a Wandering Merchant. When you happen to come by one of these merchants, it isbest to buy some up. However, there is also aPal that has Wheat Seeds as a dropitem for killing or capturing it — andthat Pal is Dinossom. Head to Dinossom habitats, as shown in theimage above, and attempt to either capture or kill a bunch of them toget some Wheat Seeds. Keep in mind, if you capture one, you’re able to then use theMeat Cleaverto butcher it in order toget even more drops.

How To Grow Wheat
Now that you have Wheat Seeds, it is time togrow some wheat. Head back to your base and open up your Technology tab — you will need to haveat least 2availableTechnology points. Once you have confirmed you have enough Technology Points, movedown to Tier 15and use those 2 points tounlock the Wheat Plantation. You will also need to use3 Wheat Seeds, 35 Wood, and 35 Stonein order to build this Wheat Plantation.

There aremany different Work Suitabilitiesin the game, each shining in different areas. There are3 in particularthat you are going to need for farming. Ironically, the Farming Work Suitability is not one of them — that is what you willuse for your ranches. The three Work Capabilities to focus on for growing your Wheat will bePlanting, Watering, and Gathering. Pals withPlanting will plant cropsin the plantations you have set up. Pals withWatering will provide waterfor all structures that need it — including your plantations. Pals withGathering will come along and harvestall the ready crops from your plantations — then the cycle repeats.Petallia is particularly noteworthyas this Pal has both a Lv 3 in Planting and a Lv 2 in Gathering.

Horns are an essential part of some crafting projects. to get horns, you’ll need to start fighting some Pals.
How To Make Flour
Once you have turned your Wheat Seedsinto a functional Wheat Plantation, you will move on to the next step in the process —turning that Wheat into Flour. To accomplish this, you will need tounlock and build a Mill. Open your Technology tab back up and head back down to Tier 15 — here is whereyou will find the Millstructure. Just like the Wheat Plantation,this structure will cost you 2 Technology Pointsto unlock it. Once that is done, you will need50 Wood and 40 Stones to build itat your base.
Once the Mill has been built,select the Recipe optionand you will see Flour. To make ityou will need 3 Wheat. Flour is one of the key ingredients you will need in order tomake a cake in Palword. Along with 2 Flour, you will also need to go and get 8 Red Berries, 8 eggs, 2Honey, and 7Milk. You will also need toprogress your Technologyup to Tier 17 to get the Cooking Pot. If you plan onbaking a lot of cakes, you may want to set up a Berry Plantation next.
