His homes were reportedly raided earlier this year and many scandalizing materials were allegedly recovered from his properties. The hip-hop mogul also faces several sxual assault allegations.

The rapper was involved in a club shooting in 1999, where his then-girlfriend Jennifer Lopez was also detained. In 2023, Diddy’s former partner Cassie Ventura reportedly accused him of rpe, sx trafficking, and physical abuse. The two reportedly settled the lawsuit the next day for an undisclosed amount (viaThe New York Times). Ventura reportedly filed the charges according to the Adult Survivors Act, which gave victims a one-year window after their statute of limitations had expired.
According tothe Cut, Ventura reportedly accused Diddy of controlling every aspect of her life, physical abuse, and even supplying drgs. Since Cassie Ventura’s lawsuit, many victims have come out to accuse Diddy of sxual assault, rpe, drgging, and making advances. An anonymous accuser filed charges against the rapper for assaulting her as a sixteen-year-old in the early ‘90s. According toNBC News, R&B singer Aaron Hall was also accused in the lawsuit for allegedly rping her and her friend.

In November 2023, another plaintiff came forward and accused Diddy of intentionally spiking her drink and assaulting her. According toForbes, she reportedly went to meet the rapper for dinner reluctantly where he allegedly d*ugged her and then took her back to his place of stay. She also accused him of recording the act and showing it to other people.
Multiple others came out to accuse him of gangrpe, drgging, and grooming. According to theLA Times, his producer Lil Rod accused him of making unwanted advances and forcing him to have sx with prstitutes that he had hired. The producer also accused him of hosting s*x trafficking parties with underage women present.

Earlier this year in March, Diddy made headlines again when his L.A. and Miami homes were reportedly raided by Homeland Security. According toNBC News, the search warrants were taken in connection with an ongoing investigation on s*x trafficking, assault, and solicitation and distribution of illegal narcotics and firearms.

Diddy was then recently arrested in New York after being indicted by a grand jury. The charges unsealed revealed that the rapper was charged with sx trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution. The report also allegedly included accusations of Combs coercing and threatening women to perform sxual acts and to conceal his conduct (viaForbes).
While he serves detention at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, a woman named Thalia Graves reportedly accused him and his bodyguard of drgging her, and binding and rping her back in 2001 (viaBBC).
