However, it looks like Oda might have dropped a major hint about Loki’s Devil Fruit.
Loki’s Devil Fruit is a contentious topic within the Elbaph storyline. It was pointed out that he was quite desperate to attain the powers of this Devil Fruit and went to the lengths of killing his father, King Harald, which earned him the moniker, “The Accursed Prince of Elbaph.” Thus, it is safe to say that the said Devil Fruit will hold a lot of significance inOne Piece.
According to a recentOne Piecetheory, Oda has indirectly revealed Loki’s Devil Fruit, and it might be connected to his laugh. The theory points out that Loki’s Devil Fruit is indeed powerful and it might rival the ability of Luffy’s legendary Devil Fruit inOne Piece.
Loki’s Devil Fruit has already grabbed a lot of attention
Although Loki has been officially introduced in the Elbaph arc, he was hinted at way back during the Whole Cake Island arc, which proved his significance inOne Piece.It was already indicated that he is a powerful character who is known for his savagery and malicious personality. And when the Elbaph arc started, all of this was proved to be true.

According to Elbaph’s lore inOne Piece,the Devil Fruit is legendary because it is passed through the royal bloodline of the country of giants. Also, it is considered to be one of the strongest Devil Fruits in the world.
Ideally,this Devil Fruitwas supposed to be passed on to Loki’s elder brother Hajrudin, but Loki’s intervention proved that he knew about the power this mysterious Devil Fruit held. According to a theory posted byu/QuirkyData3500on Reddit, Loki’s Devil Fruit is the Doga Doga no Mi, also known as the Toon Toon Fruit. It evidently is a paramecia-type Devil Fruit that can manipulate reality itself like a cartoon character. The Devil Fruit supposedly allows its user to control his surroundings like a manga panel.
The theory states that the laugh of a Devil Fruit user usually indicates the kind of power they received from their Devil Fruit. For example, Whitebeard’s laugh, “Gurararara,” was the indication of his Gura Gura no Mi, and Kaido’s laugh, “Uororororo,” pointed out the powers of his Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryu. There are other characters like Perona and Struzen who follow the same aspect in terms of Devil Fruit powers inOne Piece.
