He could potentially be alluding to theVenomspin-off game. While it hasn’t been officially announced yet, we have learned about its existence aftera huge data leak at Insomniac Gameslast year.

Did Tony Todd Just Tease the Venom Spin-Off Game?

Last year’s leak revealed that Insomniac is working on aVenomgame that is allegedly set to launch in 2025. In his post, Todd wrote “2 projects down,” implying that they had already completed their work on both titles.

If it’s still scheduled for next year, it is likely that the voice recordings would be done by now. Could they have just finished their recordings, leading Todd to wish Lowenthal a “happy birthday” as a way to celebrate the completion?

Hold your symbiote horses, though, because he could also be referring to an entirely different game: the upcoming hero shooterMarvel Rivals.

Lowenthal confirmed in March thathe will reprise his role as Spider-Manin the upcoming multiplayer title. While no other voice actors have officially been confirmed yet, we do know that Venom will be part of the game, and it is possible that Todd will voice the symbiote once again.

The title completed its alpha test last month, with a closed beta planned for July, Todd might be referring to the shooter instead of theVenomspin-off. We will have to wait for an official announcement to find out.
