The title for the next Super Mario Bros. movie has leaked, confirming that it’s skipping over the story of one of the most underrated entries.
Miyamoto said that due to production issues, the film is being pushed back a few weeks from its original March 26th, 2027, release date. The movie will now be released on May 7th, 2027.
2027 is already shaping up to be another big year for movies.Sonic the Hedgehog 4will be released on March 19th, 2027, now without competition from Nintendo.
May looks a little light, with the only other big-name confirmed movie being Star Wars: Starfighter on May 28th. Don’t expect that to stay true, though, as May is normally a big month for movie releases with it being the unofficial start of summer.Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verseis scheduled to finally release on June 4th, 2027.
Nintendo Is Busy With Two Movies, The Switch 2 Launch, And A New Theme Park
