It’s the first time ever inCall of Dutyhistory that players are given an entire Warzone map as their playground for the Zombies mode.Modern Warfare 3is the first game in the series to introduce contracts. These contracts are a way of earning Essence and making progress in Zombies mode. This works for teams of three that deploy to complete challenges and step forward in the story missions.

Generally, completing contracts is one of the easiest ways to get rich fast in the game. There are different types of contracts, with each one challenging you uniquely. Here, we have ranked the contracts in Zombies from the easiest to the most difficult while taking entertainment into account. Before we explain each cargo, keep in mind that the amount of Essence you receive from each contract is only related to the zone level you accept it on. So, this means all contract types in the Low-Threat zone, for example, will give the same amount of Essence as a reward.

8Deliver Cargo

Best Contract Type To Get Rich Fast

This is by far the easiest contract in the Zombies mode that you can complete on your own with no need for a squad. You simply head to a garage somewhere on the map, steal a ground vehicle from two or three mercenary guards, and then drive it to a set destination.

Of course, you will be interrupted by mercenary vehicles and helicopters on the way, which could be dead thanks to your teammates using the mounted guns. However, even in a solo mode you can drive fast enough to evade mercenaries and get the cargo to its destination. The good part is you will still have access to the vehicle after delivering the cargo, and this is one of the toughest vehicles in the Zombies mode.

7Spore Control

Easiest Zombie-Focused Contract In Low-Threat Zones

In Spore Control, one of the players needs to pick up all the special Inhibitor devices marked on the map and stow the rest in the inventory. Now, six different giant Zombie eggs will be marked on your map. You need to drop one Inhibitor within the range of each egg, and the device will gradually weaken the eggs until they can be destroyed by bullets. Once an egg turns red, it means you can destroy it.

In the meantime, multiple undead groups will keep coming for you from almost every side. So, while a teammate is dropping Inhibitors, other members of the team should clear the area from zombies until the eggs become vulnerable to bullets. Overall, it’s easier than it may sound.

Easiest Control Position Contract

Outlast is one of the multiple “control position” contracts in the Zombies mode and probably the easiest one to complete. During this mission, you simply run inside a warehouse filled with Aether and then start an analyzing process on the warehouse.

In the meantime, you need to keep the warehouse clean of zombies rushing in from multiple sides. Thanks to the warehouse’s open area, you will have plenty of space to roam around and kill zombies before they can reach you, which makes the mission quite easy to complete even with a team of two. Items such as claymores or mines can be quite useful in this type of control position mission, especially if you set them at the entry points of the warehouse. Keep in mind that you will face more Hellhounds than usual during this contract.

5Raid Weapon Stash

Best Contract For Looting New Weapons

Similar to Outlast, this contract requires you to hold your position and defend a site. This time around, you are inside a tight home with narrow corridors and staircases, which makes it harder than the Outlast’s warehouse with zombies rushing from all the sides.

The importance of trap tools like mines is much greater in the Raid Weapon Stash contract. A single mine can help you get rid of many zombies as they all need to be packed in a narrow corridor. So, a single Ka-Boom will send them out of the world pretty fast. During this contract, you need to wait for your drill device to open the stash. Once it’s done, not only do you get normal contract rewards, but also you gain access to a weapon stash with one or two new weapons.

4Eliminate The Bounty

Easier To Complete With A Pack-A-Punched Weapon

While the whole plan looks pretty straightforward in Eliminate The Bounty, it is quite hard to complete in Medium-Threat and High-Threat zones. So, once you accept the bounty, a giant zombie will be marked as your target bounty, which cannot be killed without draining your magazines. So,LMGswill have a sheer advantage here.

These contracts are quite hard to complete solo, as a lot of spam zombies spawn next to the main target, which makes it even harder to focus on the big guy. However, if you work closely with your teammates, it’s much easier to complete the mission as a team of three. If you are going to do this in the Medium-Threat zone, verify that you have at least reached the first level of Pack-A-Punch for your main weapon.

3Aether Extractors

‌Easier To Complete With Sniper Rifles

Instead of zombies, you will be dealing with mercenaries in this contract, and that means you need to play hide-and-peek if you want to survive. Unlike your zombie loadout, which may includeSMGsorShotguns, you are advised to use Rifles orSniper Riflesin this kind of engagement.

Keep in mind that AI enemies are pretty smart and powerful in the Zombies mode. This requires you to act cautious, or you will be a dead body on the ground for your teammates. The primary goal of the contract is to disarm three Aether Extractors guarded by mercenary groups, which makes them explode soon after being disarmed.

Most Difficult Zombie-Based Contract

As the name implies, this contract requires you to escort a ground vehicle on foot until it completes its objective. Not only do you need to stay alive during the mission, but you must also keep zombies away from the vehicle so it doesn’t get destroyed before the mission ends.

This is by far the most difficult zombie-based contract in Modern Warfare 3. A massive zombie swarm keeps running toward the vehicle from almost everywhere. In between, you also get some unique zombie spawns that you don’t usually face unless you go to higher-threat zones. Trap mines could come in handy in this contract, as you can at least move your focus away from one side to the other with claymores or scatter mines planted next to the vehicle.

1Defend Ground Station

Most Difficult Control-Position Contract

The most difficult contract in Zombies mode is not about zombies. It’s a fight against mercenaries as you need to control a transmission device as long as it uploads the required data. So, the contract begins with you activating three transmission antennas, and then you return to the main transmission device to start the upload.

You need to defend the device for 2 minutes, and mercenaries will be spawning from everywhere in the meantime. The difficult part is that you will face shield-holder mercenaries that are pretty hard to defeat, which makes trap mines look quite important once again. Completing this contract alone could be a nightmare, but it’s quite entertaining and exciting to work with a team and defend your position.
