Season 3 Reloaded is finally here, bringing a whole host of new content for bothModern Warfare 2andWarzone 2. While brand-new maps such as Alboran Hatchery are sure to switch up the gameplay experience, the inclusion of two new Handguns seems to be the highlight of the stream of new content. The first of which is theGS Magna, a gimmicky gun that proves fun-to-use, but fails to be a meta choice.

The GS Magna is one of two Handguns released for the Season 3 Reloaded update. Although this weapon appears to be afully automatic variant of the .50 GS, the two guns have a few stat differences. The GS Magna farsurpasses the .50 GS in handling attributeslike aim-down-sight and sprint-to-fire-speeds - while the latter option exceeds in every other stat category. Regardless, the GS Magna can be a formidable gun when paired with the best attachments.
Unlocking The GS Magna
The GS Magna saw its arrival for the mid-season update of Season 3 and can be unlocked for free in one of two ways. The first method to obtaining this new Sidearm is toget 30 headshot operator kills using the .50 GS. This can be done in both Modern Warfare 2’s Multiplayer and Warzone 2 Battle Royale. The second free method is tosuccessfully extract the GS Magna in Warzone 2 DMZ.
Alternatively, you can unlock the base variant by purchasing a store bundle that contains a weapon blueprint of the GS Magna.

For the first two attachments, we recommend both theEXF FIFTY GS and SA TYRANT FIFTY. Both attachments will provide an increase in bullet velocity, thus improving the already poor range potential of the GS Magna. Next, go ahead and add theBRUEN WARRIOR GRIPfor improved accuracy and recoil control when firing from the hip.
The13-ROUND MAGis definitely a must to counter the weapon’s fast-fire rate, thus cutting down on the number of times you need to reload after a gunfight. Finally, finish off with theGS MAGNA AKIMBOrear grip attachment for double the firepower.
