Affleck married singer-actress Jennifer Lopez in 2022. However, their relationship is reportedly going through a rough patch. The actor was recently revealed to have purchased a new house, hinting that he and Lopez were headed for an inevitable separation.
According to areport, Affleck purchased a $20.5 million house in Los Angeles, California around the same time that Lopez celebrated her fifty-fifth birthday in late July 2024. Moreover, Affleck was reportedly also absent from the festivities as Lopez celebrated her birthday in the Hamptons.
Ben’s absence was definitely noticed. While it was the elephant in the room, no one dared to ask the birthday girl about it.
A source close to Lopez made the above statement, confirming that Affleck did not attend any of his wife’s birthday events.
