James Gunn may have gone to the other side and taken over DC Studios, but his stint in blockbuster filmmaking began with Marvel. However, Gunn’s tried and tested formula of focusing on a gang of misfits who need to come together on a mission wasfirst explored in Marvel’sGuardians of the Galaxy. The Chris Pratt starrer was the first live-action iteration of the Marvel comics and was a surprise hit. It also received two more sequels, with the latestGuardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3releasing in 2023.

The film was known for the tragic backstory of Rocket, who is tortured in an experiment along with a couple of more animals. The film was an emotional ride that reportedly even moved WWE star Liv Morgan. The two-time World Champion tweeted about the film earlier this week.

Liv Morgan is one of the few rising stars in WWE at the moment. The wrestler is a two-time Women’s World Champion and has won several other titles since she debuted in 2014 on NXT. Morgan has been admired by several fans and she now seems to have a fan in a fellow WWE star as well. Canadian wrestler Natalya recently specified her as a current favorite (viaYouTube),
