Taylor Sheridan’sYellowstonewill return for the second part of its fifth and final season later this year. However, the series is expected to conclude without Kevin Costner, who has played the primary protagonist since the show’s conception. Costnerreportedlyexited the series due to scheduling conflicts and disagreements with the producers and is not expected to appear in the final episodes.

From Costner’s exit, it is evident that the production schedule of the Sheridan-produced series is to be blamed for the lead actor’s untimely exit. In the past, Stallone has also spoken about the difficult production schedule of the series.

At the time, Stallone cast doubt on returning for a second season, particularly because of the show’s production schedule and location. He also expressed a desire to film the series closer to home.
