As manyFortnitefans will be well aware, Epic Games are no strangers to crossovers and collaborations. Whether it’s with a TV show such as the recently releasedBook of Boba Fett, or another game, likeHalo. But one crossover fans are yet to see isFortnitexFive Nights at Freddy’s.
But could that be about to change? As a new image of Glamrock Freddy, a character from the world ofFive Nights at Freddy’s, as aFortniteskin has begun circulating on social media.
BothFortniteandFNAFfans are dying to know if the image is in fact real, and if they can expect a huge crossover anytime soon. So, here’s what we know.
Is Glamrock Freddy Going To Be InFortnite?
Unfortunately, at the time of writing this article, Glamrock Freddy will not be joining the world ofFortnite. The image circulating social media is simply a piece of concept art and not a real skin coming to the game.
The Glamrock FreddyFortniteSkin is a concept created by 3D artist,Tek. You can see their original concept art in the tweet below.
Unfortunately, the image soon began circulating from a fakeFortniteleaker known as ‘JuiceFNLeaks’, who was attempting to pass it off as a realFortniteskin. You only need to take a short scroll through their Twitter account to realise that they only tweet parody news surroundingFortnite.
That’s not to say that there won’t be aFortnitexFive Nights at Freddy’scrossover in the future, but it is currently not confirmed by Epic Games, nor has it been leaked by a credible data miner.
Plus, this wasn’t the only thing that was circulating surrounding aFortnitexFNAFcrossover. Another parody Twitter account, this time pretending to be Steel Wool Studios, the maker ofFNAF, tweeted out apictureof anotherFNAFcharacter as aFortniteskin.
Again, this is completely fake and has not come from a trusted source. Should an official crossover between the two games ever take place, we will be sure to let you know.
