Elizabeth Olsen recalled her worst audition ever
Before gaining massive recognition in Hollywood as Wanda Maximoff, and her superhero counterpart, Scarlet Witch, the 34-year-old actress sought a part inGame of Thrones.Having started her acting career at the age of four,Elizabeth Olsenfelt she could ace the lead role of Daenerys Targaryen. Talking toThe Hollywood Reporterin 2021, Olsen revealed,
“I auditioned for, like, the assistant to the casting director in a small room in New York with just a camera on me and them reading the script. I was doing the Khaleesi speech when she comes out of the fire. It was awful. I didn’t get a callback.”

Interestingly, the American actress recollects it as her worst audition story, perVanity Fair. Detailing her embarrassing audition, Olsen added that the crew was confused on the character’s specifics, and urged her to perform the part in both, American and British accents. “Terrible” and “bad” is how the notable actress described her experience.

“I mean, to be fair, when I was watching House of the Dragons I was like, ‘I feel like a lot of these guys can make really good witches…those wigs are good.”
Nevertheless, when asked upfront about a probable feature in the HBO series, Henry Cavill stated,
“I think it’d be cool to be in Westeros, I really do. I don’t think there’s a place for me in there though.”
House of the Dragonis set in a timeline of 200 years ahead ofGame of Thrones, unraveling the fight for the throne among the silver-haired heirs of House Targaryen. Based on George R.R.
