Trump often grabs headlines with almost everything he does in life and that includes his golfing with prominent celebrities. Wahlberg was candid enough to describe his first encounter with Trump and his lack of awareness of Wahlberg’s career.

Peter Berg’s2016 action thrillerDeepwater Horizonshows another ofMark Wahlberg’sheroic actions on screen. While the actor was on a promotional tour for the film, he was in central London as he spoke toThe Guardian.In the midst of the conversation, prominent US politicianDonald Trump’sname popped up. Wahlberg said he played golf with Trump.“I’ve played golf with Donald Trump,”Wahlberg said in the interview.
“He’s an OK golfer. I’ve gotten to know him a little bit since, at various occasions. I’ve never met Hillary Clinton.”

The actor went on to add what it was like to meet Trump as many would be curious to have the actor’s take on the politician and billionaire.“He was very Donald Trump-like, talking about the things that he does, things that he has, business interests, properties, stuff like that,”Wahlberg said.
But he“wasn’t ever mean or rude. I don’t think he asked me too many personal questions, or about what I do.”Recalling the encounter, Wahlberg added,“Yeah, it’s a little crazy where we are now.”As theTedstar recalled, his encounter with Trump was certainly peculiar at best.

Absolutely disgusting, Elon,”White said (viaRolling Stone).“That is officially an a*shole move,”he added. Wahlberg has met the former president twice in public and the second time caught the attention of White prompting him to critique the actor for that.
