Specifically talking about their late partners, they were asked if they ever thought of getting into a relationship after they experienced such a great loss.
Turner’s answer was quite simple, stating that he decided to give himself 18 months to feel the loss and grieve his wife. After that, he realized that he wanted to find someone and wanted to be in a permanent relationship. With this in mind, he ended up going to a grief counselor and getting an all-clear to step back into the world of dating.

After two and a half years, I ended up going to a grief counselor, who assured me that I was fine. It’s a mysterious thing coming out of grief, but I began to know when I was ready to date again.
While this was certainly an interesting answer, it was what Nist had to say that was all the more disheartening. She revealed that her husband’s passing deeply affected her in every way possible. She confessed that when it happened, she went into a dark state of mind, and never wanted to be with someone else ever again.
