The Intruder is aRobloxgame inspired by horror staples likethe long-running and ever-surprising Five Nights at Freddy’s seriesand the Mandela Catalogue. Players must survive encounters with a terrifying entity that will hunt them down at any cost. There are four levels total, with two being exclusive to either single player or multiplayer.

Each level of The Intruder offers unique challenges for players to face. The best way to play The Intruder is to attempt to expect the unexpected, because the game’s frightening mascot has a range of shocks to offer. Here are the strategies you must utilize to beat every level of The Intruder.
When you first enter the House, you’ll get a call informing you that a criminal is loose in the area. Worse still, the phone lines are under construction, meaning you’re on your own. Once the call ends, the Intruder will enter your home and the game will begin. In order to survive, you’ll have to watch the Intruder on the security cameras, which you can access via the computer.

There are two stats that you’ll need to maintain: Awareness and Anxiety.Awareness is the Intruder’s knowledge of where you are, and is raised when certain sounds are heard. In the house, this sound is the phone ringing. Anxiety is your fear of the Intruder, and increases whenever you aren’t looking at the cameras.
If either of these stats reach 100, it’ll be an instant game over.

In addition to monitoring the Intruder, certain events will force you to leave the cameras and interact with objects around the room:
In single player mode, there is no fuse box. Instead, you’ll see an error on the computer screen. If this happens, hit the “Reset Connection” button at the bottom to restore power.

Evading The Intruder
If the Intruder is visible in the Hallway (camera 6), then it is very close to you and will soon enter your room.When this happens, turn off the lights by interacting with the light switch next to the door. Then, head to the closet next to the computer and shut it. You’ll know the Intruder is there when you hear the door rattling or creaking.Stay completely still and wait for the Intruder to leave.It will open the closet, but as long as the lights are off, it won’t be able to see you. When you hear the door close, you’re able to leave the closet and turn the lights back off.
The Intruder may also enter your room through the Ventilation(camera 9). It will be visible on the camera, and you will hear sounds coming from the air vents.Turn off the lights, but do not hide in the closet. You need to stand still by the light switch and wait for the Intruder to leave your room. You’ll know it’s safe when you hear the vent shut.

The Mall places you in a larger room than the House; as such, you’ll have more to deal with while evading the Intruder. Your Anxiety and Awareness remain the same, and you’ll still need to watch the cameras for the Intruder. The biggest difference between the Mall and the House lies in thealarm system, which replaces the phone.When the alarm sounds, you need to disable it by interacting with one of four panels in the office.The correct panel will glow red, then turn black once you’ve disabled the alarm.
On harder difficulties, you’ll need to interact with more than one panel to turn the alarm off.

Surviving Your Shift
As an employee of the Mall, you’ll need to survive the night shift, which starts at midnight and ends at 7:00 AM.The Intruder will make its way to one of two places: Hallway 1 (camera 1) or Hallway 3 (camera 9).If the Intruder is visible in Hallway 1, it will soon enter your office. The office has lockers for you to hide in, with two next to the computer and two near the phone.Unlike in the House, you do not need to turn off the lights before you hide. The Intruder will walk past your locker, then leave the office through the door.
Only come out once you hear the door shut.
If the Intruder appears in Hallway 3, it won’t enter the office. Instead, it will approach the window next to the door and look for players. If it spots you, you will die instantly, even though the Intruder isn’t inside the office.The best way to counter this is to turn the lights off and stand still.You’ll see the Intruder knock on the window three times before walking back down the hallway. You can also choose to hide in a locker, but you’ll have a harder time determining when the Intruder is gone.

The Mineshaft
The Mineshaft is a multiplayer-only level and offers a completely different gameplay experience to that of the House and the Mall.Instead of being confined to one room, you’ll roam freely through a maze-like series of hallways searching for generators.You also gain the ability to sprint, with Awareness and Anxiety being replaced by a stamina meter. Of course, you aren’t alone; the Intruder will patrol the map and hunt down players. Your goal is to repair the generators until power in the Mineshaft reaches 100%.
There are 5 generators in the Mineshaft.If a generator breaks, a yellow indicator will appear above it. Interacting with a broken generator prompts a series of skill checks to appear on the screen, a mechanic likely inspired by the horror gameDead by Daylight (a brutal experience for the survivors).Missing a skill check reduces the generator’s progress and causes an explosion.
Surviving In The Mineshaft
In order to survive in the Mineshaft, you need to learn the Intruder’s sound cues. The Intruder will occasionally make quiet noises to indicate its location. Its footsteps are more obvious, but can only be heard when the Intruder is close by.If you hear the Intruder’s footsteps, find a locker to hide in as soon as possible. The Intruder will pass by the locker without spotting you.
The Intruder will sometimes search for players near generators. Hiding to the side of a generator will prevent the Intruder from seeing you, even though you aren’t in a locker.The Mineshaft’s power will increase faster with each generator you have working, but you only need one to reach full power.As such, it’s best to navigate between two or three generators at a time; you can restore power to the Mineshaft quickly while minimizing your chances of the Intruder catching you. Once the power reaches 100%, you’ll have just 30 seconds to make it back to the elevator before the Mineshaft explodes, taking the Intruder down with it.

The End? is a single player map that tasks you with completing a series of challenges to collect objects for a dinner table. AsRoblox horror gamesgo, this section is fairly unique. Like the Mineshaft, this map has no cameras and allows you to roam freely. Once you set up the dinner table, you’ll be chased by the Intruder until you either die or escape. The End? is the last of the single player chapters, and you’ll earn a badge for your efforts.
Collect The Flowers
to get the flowers for the dining table, you’ll have to navigate across two pits inside a hallway. Falling will put you back in the dining room, and you’ll have to start over. The first pit is fairly simple; all you need to do is walk across the narrow planks of wood until you reach the other side.The second pit is more difficult, as you’ll need to jump from one plank to the next until you hit the end. The flowers will be on the other side;interact with them to place them on the dining table.
Collect The Chair
Once you head back to the dining room, a new door will open for you. This room has a TV sitting on the floor flashing the words “Your,” “dead,” “is,” and “family” on the screen.Head to the panel on the wall and rearrange these words into a sentence: “Your family is dead.“A chair will appear on the opposite side of the room. Interact with it to place it on the table, then make your way to the dining room again.
Escape The Doll
The third room seems to be a child’s playroom, with toys littering the floor. Inside the room are small letters and numbers reading “S1,” “A2,” “R3,” “A4,” and “H5.” There will be another panel on the wall, but rather than inputting text, you need to click each letter to spell out a name according to the letters and numbers you found:“Sarah.“Collect the second chair, then be ready to run; a creature resembling a baby doll will appear in the room and begin chasing you. Head for the locker and hide inside it, as the door you entered from will be locked. The doll will eventually leave, and you can safely exit the locker.
The front door is still locked, but the door in the playroom will be open for you. Head inside and walk through the hallway until you find a small room with a key lying on the ground.Once you grab the key, the doll will appear again, so run back through the playroom and use the key on the front door.The doll will disappear when you enter the dining room.
Collect The Platter
The platter is the final object needed to complete the dining table. Its room has a pair of bookshelves on the ground and wooden planks jutting from the walls above them.Climb up the bookshelves, then jump across the planks until you reach the platter, which is near the ceiling.Collect it for the dining table, then jump down; you won’t take any damage from falling.
This room is especially dark, so use your flashlight to avoid falling when trying to reach the platter.
Escape The Intruder
With the platter collected, the final door in the dining room will open. Head through and follow the hallway until you see a door at the end. A small cutscene will play before the Intruder turns the corner and starts chasing you.Run back the way you came and circle around the dining table.The Intruder will be close behind, and this will allow you to head into the hallway again. Keep running until you reach the small room at the end; the door will shut behind you. You only have a few seconds before the Intruder gets in, sohide in the locker and wait for it to leave.
Continue down the second hallway and climb up the wall at the end. The Intruder will appear for a second time, so start running until you reach a pit. Fall through it, and after a brief cutscene your character will stand up in a new section of the map. Turn right and walk past the phone to the door at the end. Interact with it and you will escape from the building.
