At the beginning of each round, one player is chosen at random to be the spider. This player must kill as many survivors as possible before the timer runs out or all survivors escape. Naturally, though, playing as a survivor and playing as the spider make for very different experiences. Here’s everything you need to know to beat Spider, regardless of which role you’ve been allocated in a given round.
Beating Spider As A Survivor
In order to beat Spider while playing as a survivor, there are several tasks you need to complete:
Each task requires you to explore the house and hunt down specific items. All the while, you’ll need to evade the spider and help your teammates stay alive.

How To Unlock The Shed
The shed is one of the most important areas in Spider.to unlock the shed, you need to find the Green Key and use it on the door. The Green Key can spawn in several locations, such as the upstairs bedrooms or the closet. Once you’ve obtained the Green Key, head outside and click on the shed door while holding the key in your hand.
Only one player can hold any given item at a time. For example, only one player can hold the Green Key. UseRoblox’s chat featureto communicate with your teammates and keep track of which players are holding items.Communication is also vital for spreading out and searching for the Green Key and other key items efficiently.

How To Unlock The Bunker
to unlock the bunker, you first need to blow up the bunker door using the C4.The C4 typically spawns inside the attic, which can be accessed from the upstairs bedroom on the left.To access the attic, you need to place the ladder underneath the attic door. The ladder spawns at a random location inside the house, so keep an eye out for it as you explore.
Once you have the C4, place it on the bunker door and wait for it to explode. However, you aren’t quite done yet; the bunker is blocked off with lasers, which can only be deactivated by using the wrench. Like the ladder, the wrench spawns randomly, so you may need to return to the house and search for it.When you have the wrench, climb inside the bunker and use the wrench on the switch next to the lasers. The lasers will deactivate, allowing you full access to the bunker.

How To Unlock The Gate
If you want to escape from the spider, you’ll need to unlock the metal gate behind the house. To do this, you first need to remove the wooden planks on the gate. The only way to remove these planks is by using the Crowbar, an item that can be found inside the house or the shed.Click on the gate while holding the Crowbar to remove the wooden planks.
The Crowbar can also be used to break wooden planks on the second floor of the house. This gives you access to the safe, which, when opened with the Orange Key, gives you access to a can of Spider Spray.

Once the planks are gone, you’ll need to power up the gate. This is done by flipping two switches: one inside the shed and one inside the bunker. Inside the shed, you’ll find the battery port. You must place the Battery in the battery port in order to power the gate.Like the Green Key, the Battery also spawns randomly. It may appear inside the house or inside the bunker. Once the Battery is inside the battery port, flick the switch on the wall. It will turn green, indicating that the power is now active.
The bunker switch doesn’t require a battery. Once you’ve deactivated the lasers, you’re able to flip the switch at any time. Both switches must be on in order for the gate to work. However, there is one final obstacle between you and victory: the Purple Key. This is the final item you need to find in Spider before you can escape. The Purple Key always spawns inside the bunker safe.To open the bunker safe, you need to use the Yellow Key, which commonly appears inside the shed.

Take the Purple Key and use it on the metal gate. When it opens, get to the boat on the other side. You’ll see a cutscene of your player character fleeing from the house before cutting to a victory screen. At this point, you may spend your hard-earned coins in the shop or spectate the remaining survivors.

Beating Spider As The Spider
If you’re chosen to be the spider at the start of the match, the survivors will have about thirty seconds to roam the house before you spawn. Once you do, it’s important to move quickly and get as many kills as possible.Clever survivors will start gathering keys and unlocking sections of the house as fast as possible. Although you move slowly as the spider, don’t mistake yourself forthe measly spider from DOORS. You have several important advantages over the survivors:
How To Kill Survivors As The Spider
As the spider, you don’t have any ranged attacks, so you need to get very close to a survivor in order to kill them. Survivors cannot run or jump, so the best way to catch up to them is to climb. The spider can climb any surface on the map, including walls and the roof of the house. This allows you to catch players by surprise and move around the map faster than they can. Take advantage of every nook and cranny you’re able to get into as the spider.
When you attack a player, you’ll spend about ten seconds killing them. This renders you temporarily immobile, and the other survivors can do as they please during this time.
As such, it’s best to kill players when they are alone, keeping their fellow survivors unaware of your location.
How To Use Spiderwebs
Your spiderwebs are incredibly useful for controlling the survivors' movement and hindering their progress.Spiderwebs will stun any player who touches them for five seconds, allowing you to swoop in for an easy kill.
Keep in mind that any spiderweb you place will disappear once a player has been trapped.
Although you can place spiderwebs anywhere, the best places are:
All of these locations are integral to survivors, who will use them frequently while attempting to escape.Keep a close eye on where your spiderwebs are placed, and be ready to attack any survivors who step in them.
