Increasing your health statsinHi-Fi Rushis a great way to keep Chai rocking through the streets. As you make your way into Track 2,‘Power-Up’, there are a few Life Gauge Pieces spread around the world for you to find.

These Life Gauge Pieces are hidden quite well, so this walkthrough will help you spot them more easily. You’ll then receive your first Health Upgrade for Chai to increase his strength.
Track 2: Life Gauge Piece 1
To find the firstLife Gauge Piecein Track 2, defeat the enemies in the Section-B room and thenhead forward through the doorway that opens up.Next,use your magnetto fly across to the other side of the room anddown to the floor below.
After upgrading some of Chai’s abilities and attacks,move forward into the next room on the right.Immediately, you’ll notice two ladders propped up against a rectangular box.Jump on top of here, and make your way left onto the green metal pathway.
Keep following the ramp up to the top, and thenjump across the moving platform and onto the next green metal pathway.Up here, instead of going right down the hallway, you’ll want tojump onto the moving boxes on the left.Then,jump to the platform on the right sidewhen you reach it.
If you look just above you, you’ll noticeblue rafters with money on top.Jump up here using a double jump, and thenmake your way to the opposite side.You’ll notice aLife Gauge Piecehere.

Track 2: Life Gauge Piece 2
You’ll be able to find the next Life Gauge Piece soonafter getting the ability to use Peppermint on your team.When you reach the room featuring the hint guy, Smidge, make your way outside andhit the red wheel to get over to the platform on the opposite side.
Follow the path forward, defeating the enemies that appear. When you reach the end of the path,hit the red push button and jump across using the orange moving platforms.Then,jump into to the room on the other side and head right,using Peppermint to break the barrier.
Follow the path on the left, andjump through the vent towards the ceiling. Hit the red wheelin the room to get the platforms moving, and thenuse Peppermint to shoot the two other red wheelsin the area to lift your platform higher. Finally,use the magnetic spots to reach the top.
Up here, you’ll want to turn left where you’ll notice agolden box running away from you.Approach it, and open it up using your abilities. Inside, you’ll find thesecond Life Gauge Piece.
Track 2: Life Gauge Piece 3
The last Life Gauge Piece for Track 2 can be found in the same room. Once you reach the other side, you’ll notice asmall blue robot named SCR-UB cleaning up just in front of the doorway.
Talk to him, and he will mention that the pigeons in the area are getting on his nerves. To get rid of them,use Peppermint to shoot at them, and they’ll fly away.You can find themstraight ahead on the yellow rafters, to the left on top of two boxes, and to the right on top of a green pipe.When you’ve shot them all away, talk to SCR-UB again, and he will give you thethird Life-Gauge Piece.
