Players will be introduced to a new character from the Holy Capital Argene, called Brakka, a mercenary in a black suit equipped with a rifle that fires flying bullets. As they interact with Brakka, players will hear more about his story, which ended up with him being a hired gun. Additionally, the winter season brings two new jobs, Avenger and Pilgrim, each having unique skills and weapons.

Avenger specializes in physical strength that boosts normal attacks, allowing players to switch between fire and ice as they desire. Pilgrim, on the other hand, uses a magic sword to dole out both physical and magical attacks, emphasizing ranged attacks without having to get close to the enemies.

There will also be a plethora of daily life tasks that players can earn rewards from. For example, some of these tasks require players to harvest cucumber or refurbish their farm to report them as completed from the Faerie Book. Once players complete a fair number of tasks, they can plow at larger fields to make farming easier. The probability of harvesting quality crops can also be increased by leveling up these fields. Lastly, as the developer team stated, some products can be harvested in a particular season. Fruits and vegetables that will be special to the winter season include lumpotato, snowcap mikan, argene cabbage, chilly plant, nikujaga, and much more.

Harvestella will also introduce a new kind of enemy known as “FEAR”, formidable opponents that players will not be able to take down if their parties are not strong enough. According to theblog post, players sometimes should avoid using field effects to defeat FEAR. However, players can earn valuable accessories to strengthen themselves when they will prevail.

Developed by Live Wire, Harvestella will launch for Switch and PC via Steam on November 4th.
