If there is one thing I’ve learned from my stint withSoulCalibur VI, it’s that people are reallyreallyinto the character creation system. And who’s to blame them–you have to love any game that will let you match up Yoko Taro’s 2B fromNieR: Automataand Bojack Horseman from the excellent Netflix special. However, a couple of customs being shared have dominated my Twitter for the past few days:Bowsetteand Boosette.
In fact – plenty of people have been asking where they can find a guide for the two characters for aSoulCalibur VIbuild. So we’ve got you covered; check out the fight between Boosette and Bowsette below, and then check out the guide underneath. Let us know what changes you make in the comments:

Boosette in SoulCalibur VI:
Weapon / Style:
Obviously this is where you can play around with what you prefer the most, but I’m a big proponent of Anwel if we are making canon Boosette. It naturally speaks to the magical abilities. But go ahead and play around here.
Taking the Hidden Valley Clan Female build gives the best proportions for a standard human princess, along with her more “busty” proportions. I opted for a shorter character, as I imagine Boosette would tend to be shorter than an average height princess like Peach. In fact, that is shown with how Toadette is a shorter princess as Peachette.

Equipment:
Unfortunately, until Project Soul adds a crown option, that is going to be notoriously missing from the build. However, this is the set of items used to make a more gothic look for Boosette. The one noteworthy point is the Parlor Blouse requires SP, so if you haven’t played much yet, opt for the Country Tunic which is free.
Colors/Patterns/Stickers:
The trick of this is to alternate between a predominantly white aesthetic, with signature purple accents. Feel free to play around with this, but these are the colors I went in the build above.

Obviously this is where you can play around with what you prefer the most, but I’m a big proponent of Anwel if we are making canon Boosette. It naturally speaks to the magical abilities – Kamek’s power and whatnot. But go ahead and play around here.
There are definitely a few notable differences from the Boosette build above, mostly a more anguler face and some additional height to account for her being Bowser. On top of that, a more traditional hairstyle is what tends to be shown on the internet, and Cool-Headed Captain tends to give the authoritatian, Queen-like sound.
Unfortunately, until Project Soul adds a crown option, that is going to be notoriously missing from the build. However, there are a ton of differences between Boosette. Bowsette is a little less modestly dress, and comes included with some accessories to really drive home the Koopa look.
A little more in-depth compared to Boosette, ensure you get all the accessories right to create the full “Bowsette” experience.
