Gran Turismo update 1.21 has just been released on PS4 and PS5, delivering fixes to a number of issues spotted in the Missions and License Center.
The new patch is now live as the server maintenance was just concluded. You shouldn’t expect any new cars or content with this new patch as the developers have only focused on fixing two major issues.
The first issue that was fixed is related to The Sun Also Rises mission, during which a bug would increase the tire wear speed, making the mission more difficult than it was meant to be.
Moreover, a rare bug that would cause the gameplay not to progress after fast-forwarding the playback of license demonstration videos has also been fixed.

If you are still facing a bug or an issue that has not been mentioned above, you may take a look at theKnown Issuespage for Gran Turismo 7, which was updated today with new known problems that are going to be fixed in the future.
Later in August 2022, Polyphony Digital released the monthly content update, which added three new cars to the game as well as a new circuit with three different layouts. Also, the developers delivered a number of balance changes and the exclusive Dior Collection cosmetics to the game.
It is expected that a new content update arrives in Gran Turismo 7 later this month with more cars and other enhancements.
Despite some adjustments, Gran Turismo 7 fans still don’t seem happy with the pricing for the cars, which makes the process of grinding for popular and legendary cars extremely time-consuming. It’s yet to be seen whether the developers would further decrease the prices in future updates or not, but it could also be addressed by making the races more rewarding or adding more new missions and races.
