Genshin ImpactYun Jin stans rejoice, the 4-star characters with a drop rate boost in theAyato and Ventibanners ofGenshin Impact Version 2.6 were leaked by UBatcha, and she’s in.
Genshin Impactis finally adding Kamisato Ayato, Ayaka’s brother that has been teased ever since we reached Inazuma. His banner is sure to be one of the most lucrative of all time for developer HoYoverse (previously miHoYo), especially now that we’ve seen the 4-star characters on it. Venti is getting another banner rerun too simultaneously, and it’s all happening in a week, with Version 2.6.
Genshin Impact 2.6 Ayato and Venti banners 4 star characters revealed
First, the banner will have a drop rate boost for Xiangling, pretty much every veteran player must have her at C6 by now, and must be screaming in despair that she’s back again. But let’s not forget newcomer players, for who she’s incredibly useful among Pyro characters. Even for veterans, Xiangling’s especially good for those who like Vaping strategies. And she’s cute.
Next, we have Sucrose having a drop rate boost for the first time in a while. She’s definitely not as good as Venti, but is still a particularly nice Anemo character at high Constellations. I barely ever play her but she’s pretty good for stalling and crowd control too. Sucrose will help you out a lot at the new Theather Mechanicus event coming in 2.6.
Yun Jin is back
Yun Jin is getting a drop rate boost on the Ayato and Venti banners, which could allow those who will pull for them to get her up to C6. Personally speaking, Yun Jin is my favorite 4 star character added to the game in a long while. Her introduction and Shenhe’s, with the reconstruction of the Jade Chamber and the following Lantern Rite event were particularly nice to follow.
When it comes to gameplay, Yun Jin is definitely fun to play with her E that feels like a counter mechanic. However, Yun Jin is also typically the kind of character that “takes time” to play as. When you’re busy and logging in only for ten minutes in order to spend some Resin and do your dailies, having a character like Yun Jin in your party just slows you down. She’s best for long sessions.
Last but not least, if you want Yun Jin, but don’t want either Venti or Ayato, I do not suggest pulling. It’s very likely you will waste your pity by getting a 5 star you don’t want. Do not attempt to “build pity” it’s always a bad idea. Wait for Yun Jin to be featured on the banner of a 5 star you actually want.
