Genshin Impact cosplayers Sano Zanza and SamiChu bring Arataki Itto and new character Kuki Shinobu to life in a showstopping cosplay.
Genshin Impact’s 2.7release is already underway with a private beta, introducing the new playable character,Kuki Shinobu.Both the Deputy Leader of the Arataki Gang and Arataki Itto’s righthand person, Kuki Shinobu joins the game’s roster of tough Electro characters.
Though players have yet to test out her abilities in the game, it’s clear that she makes a powerful addition toGenshin’s lore. Known for being able to keep the bold and brash Arataki Itto in line, she was also able to help expand his gang’s influence in the world.
To celebrate Kuki Shinobu’s reveal and upcoming release, twoGenshin Impactcosplayers have stepped into the shoes of leaders Arataki Itto and Kuki Shinobu.

Sano Zanza is a Brazilian cosplayer and officialGenshin Impactcontent creator. His work spans anime and games, transforming into characters likeChainsaw MantoReno fromFinal Fantasy VII Remake. With a cosplay style that is as bold as the characters he portrays, Sano Zanza is by far the right person to bring Arataki Itto to life.
Standing beside him is cosplayer and fashion model SamiChu. Combining her skills to create eye-catching photography of some of her favorite characters(like FF7’s Tifa Lockheart), SamiChu has been in the cosplay community since 2004. Now, she and Sano Zanza step onto the cosplay scene as Genshin Impact’s killer duo - Kuki Shinobu and Arataki Itto.

Looking at their photoshoot, it’s clear that this duo knows that the Arataki Gang is all about attitude and style. Perfectly encapsulating Arataki Itto’s confident brashness, Sano Zanza looks every bit the part. Additionally, the oni makeup, specifically styled tufts of spiky hair, and layers upon layers of decorative clothing really take this recreation to the next level.
Following that, SamiChu’s Kuki Shinobu is an excellent balance to the energy of the duo. Cool and collected, she presents a more focused attitude - perfect for the ninja-inspired character. On top of slipping easily into the character’s personality, there’s no denying the quality of the cosplay craftsmanship. Everything is tailored and styled exactly so, showing an impressive dedication to accuracy and polish.
