We’re in the third and final phase of the Moonchase Festival inGenshin Impact, Here is a quick guide to help you Follow the Aura Trail and Find the Ingredients inContraption-Contrived Cooking Course: PartIII (Path of Austere Frost, Dragonspine), and how to solve the door puzzle to get the boar meat.

Needless to say, you should clear Contraption-Contrived Cooking Course: PartI (Liyue) andPart II (Mondstadt)before you’ll be able to tackle Part 3. Once you’ve done that, you can go see Cloud Retainer in Dragonspine to trigger Phase 3.
After talking with Cloud Retainer, here’s the path you’ll need to follow to reach the source of the aura trail and find the ingredients. Check them in the gallery below. But basically, it’s at the entrance of Starglow Cavern. Be sure to check my minimap at the top left if you’re having trouble locating yourself.
Once you’re there, you’ll need to solve a simple puzzle to open the door. You need to defrost the four switches with a Pyro character and then stand on them so the symbols on the wall lit up in the right order. See the screenshots below.
Contraption-Contrived Cooking Course: PartIII minigame
This time, the cooking minigame is slightly more difficult, but as long as you stay on your toes you’ll be fine. Keep a Pyro character in your party. you’re able to check me out playing the minigame below.
Be sure to check our guide to find theMoonchase Charms and treasure chestsin Dragonspine as well. Lastly, you should definitely play the story parts of Moonchase. It got tons of interesting lore, most notably revealing who’s the master who taught Xiangling and the upcomingDendro character Yaoyao.The Moonchase Festival will be ongoing untilOctober 11but don’t wait till the final day to do everything.
