Square Enix has released a brand new wallpaper and avatar set forFinal Fantasy VII Remake’s Aerith Gainsborough, a flower seller living in the slums who has the power to hear the planet’s voice. And just a while before that we also received a similar new set forTifa Lockheart, a fierce martial artist and member of the eco-terrorist group AVALANCHE:

There are wallpapers for both desktop computers and mobile phones and the avatars work for a variety of uses, so feel free to customize your devices to your hearts content.

Previously released wallpaper and avatar sets include one for protagonist Cloud and Barrett Wallace, which can be downloadedhere. There’s also more official art that depictsan iconic Tifamoment as she reminisces about the promise Cloud made to here when they were children. During The Game AwardsFinal Fantasy VII Remakereceived abrand new trailerfeaturing Cloud Strife, showing off new cutscenes and gameplay giving those new to the acclaimed JRPG more information about the titular hero. As previously revealed,ÂFinal Fantasy VII Remake hasÂmany new elements to it and Scenarist Kazushige Nojima even explains how herewrote Cloud for the remake. Square Enix is currently working on thesecond and possibly last episode.

Final Fantasy VII Remakelaunches on August 25, 2025 on PS4 as aone year timed exclusive, which you can purchasehere. Meanwhile any charges forthe collector’s editionhave been pushed back to January so those who preorder the set will have extra time to pony up the money.
