Trials of Osiris is no exception, meaning that every player (even PvE players) is incentivized to participate in this 3v3 elimination game mode.

Trials of Osiris is availablealmost every Friday at 1PM EST until the following Tuesday at 1 PM EST.

Saint-14 is the chief NPC you will interact with when completing the Trials of Osiris playlist. He is located in the Tower Hangar.
In addition to selling passages, Saint-14 also offers bounties. These bounties are a good way of getting additional experience, glimmer, Trial Tokens, and Valor Rank Points.

There are five types of passages available for purchase from Saint-14.
Forgives a single loss

Attempting to go flawless
Grants a free win when you get your third of the passage

Power farming win count rewards
Confidence
Lets you open the chest in The Lighthouse again
Getting an additional flawless reward

After a flawless passage is completed

After 5 wins

Leveling characters
After 7 wins
Flawless passages are those that have 7 wins in a row with no losses. They can be traded in for access to The Lighthouse.
The Lighthouse
Players who go flawless will get access to a special loot area called The Lighthouse. Near the back of The Lighthouse is a chest that will drop Trials of Osiris-themed gear (including adept weapons), Etheric Light, Passage Coins, Motes of Light, and Exotic gear.
Those who gain access to The Lighthouse can return until the end of the week when the Trials begin anew.
Trials Of Osiris Rewards
Trials of Osiris is known for having gear rewards with some of the best stats in the game, as well as a phenomenal golden aesthetic. Most of these pieces are geared toward PvP, but some are also excellent for PvE. This game mode also drops end-game currencies that are worth collecting.
Many rewards are earned from completing bounties or ranking up, with the notable exception of adept weapons (which can only be obtained by completing a flawless passage).

The available armor drops from Trials of Osiris consist of three Egyptian god-themed sets.
Armor pieces can drop on the 3rd, 5th, and 7th win of each passage. You can also roll armor from Trials of Osiris Endgrams.
Trials of Osiris drops trial weapons and adept weapons. Adept weapons can be Masterworked and/or have adept mods attached.
The possible weapon drops from Trials of Osiris rotate weekly depending on a hidden loot list.
