While the Legendary weapons are quite powerful in the game, they are equally difficult to get. To get the powerful The One sword which triggers explosions on decapitation, you need to complete the Beacon of Hope side quest. You can get the side quest by speaking with Sebastian at the Re-aging Clinic on Hollywood Boulevard.
Getting Through The Mission
For the first part of the quest, you need to locate Sarah, who is in the Old Dynasty Chinese Theatre. If you are unable to locate it, you can head near the Metro, right across the place where you find the helicopter in the final quest of the game, Hollywood Ending. Additionally, you can also track the quest to get the exact location. You will be greeted by a few zombies, but you should be able to take them out without any trouble since they are pretty weak. Once you have taken them out, you will find Sarah on the balcony.
Now, follow the objective marker to get inside the metro to find the Space Fox spotlight filter. You will find a few zombies scattered around the area, and will finally reach a gate locking the ticket office. In order to get past this, you need to destroy three fuse boxes. They are quite easy to locate with the first one right opposite the door near the ATM, and the second being inside the office itself. The last one is a bit trickier to find, and you can see spot it right opposite the window above. After destroying all the fuse boxes, head inside the ticket office to find the spotlight filter below a crate in the corner of the room.

Defending Sarah
Head back to Sarah and you will notice some fireworks on the way. Inspect the area to find a bunch of zombies. While most of them will not be that difficult to defeat, verify you take care of the Screamer else it will make things significantly difficult for you. After a while, an Inferno Crusher and Firestorm Slobber will appear. It is advisable to lure one of them away and deal with them separately to make things easier.
Once you have cleared the enemies, install the filter on the spotlight and then speak with Sarah once again. Head back to Sebastian at the Re-aging Clinic to complete the mission and get the rewards.
