Days Gone’s John Garvin had worked on the sequel before being let go and had even gotten as far as having the script, outline, map, and concept art.

Days Gone Remastered Getting Multiple Graphical And Peformance Modes On PS5, PS5 Pro

Bend Studiohas revealed the graphical modes PS5 and PS5 Pro players can expect when the game launches next week.

The studio mentions that the base PS5 rendering settings are equivalent to the “highest” on PC.

PS5 Pro’s Quality mode will supersample down from above 4K. All modes for both PS5 and PS5 Pro will output at 4K. Players should also expect a 40 frames-per-second patch to be released, though no timeframe has been given for that yet.

In addition to the settings mentioned above, Bend Studio also has several graphical improvements that affect the game’s world when compared to the PS4 and PC versions.

For PC players, even if you don’t purchase the $10 upgrade for the Broken Road DLC, you’ll still be seeing an update ushering in improvements.
