The new Tower Troop is the main theme of this week’s event, which is the opening to thenew season of Clash Royale. Each player will be forced to equip Dagger Duchess as their Tower Troop during the event, but only the best deck will win!

Best Decks For Dagger Duchess Event
Dagger Duchess is the first Tower Troop that features a cooldown system. When her dagger bar is full, she can throw daggers at enemies with quite a high fire rate, but when she runs out of ammo, she goes into acooldown period, when she gradually fills the dagger bar.
If you play the training sessions for Dagger Duchess, you will realize that one of the best ways to make Dagger Duchess vulnerable is to send a giant likeIce Golemforward to get all the daggers, and when the Tower Troop is on cooldown, you should send in the real damage dealers to do the job for you. This strategy is what our decks are also based on.
Ice Golem & Royal Giant
Ice Golem is an incredibly efficient unit to distract the opposing troops and crown towers. This deck works best when you deploy Ice Golem on the bridge, and then deploy Royal Giant behind it, and then support them both with aFirecracker from behind.
If the opponent uses an Inferno Tower to deny your Royal Giant, make sure to ready up your Zap and interrupt the Inferno charge before it starts to deal a massive amount of damage to your Giant.
Dart Goblincan also do the same support job similar to Firecracker, just in case you want to save the latter for defensive scenarios.
Knight and Tesla Towers are great for keeping your side of the battlefield safe, but you can sometimes use the Knight himself as a distraction unit if there isn’t much time left for a push. Skeleton Army will also help you deal with any giants or rushing troops.
Royal Recruits & Magic Archer
This deck is a bitmore costlythan the previous one, but it does have abetter defensive line. Here, Royale Recruits will play the role of Ice Golem and Royal Giant combined. Dagger Duchess can barely get rid of two recruits, while you can deploy four of them to one side. If you support the crew with a Magic Archer, his arrows will have a high chance of hitting the crown towers even if the Royal Recruits can reach their destination.
Royal Ghost is also another good combination with the Royal Recruits as it can reach the crown tower without even getting a single hit from Dagger Duchess. Moreover, you can use Goblin Gang with the Royal Recruits as well for dealing a decent amount of damage to the opponent’s crown tower.
When it comes to Tesla Towers, Executioner, and Magic Archer, they are mostly used in the defensive line tokeep the enemies at bay. Goblin Gang is also a good defensive unit when it comes to dealing with the giants.
