Castlevania: Nocturnehad a lot of intriguing aspectsthat could have gained the attention of fans. From the mythical elements during the French Revolution to the magical abilities of Annette,Castlevania: Nocturneintroduced a bunch of aspects for the story’s development, but it couldn’t connect with the fans.

The reason behind this was the absence of excitement from the narrative. Although the story had almost everything that was needed to makeCastlevania: Nocturnesuccessful, it lacked the elements that would intrigue fans to find out what was going to happen next. It became quite bleak and thus lost its charm that came with theCastlevaniauniverse.
