During a playthrough ofAtomfall, players will encounter many handwritten notes that open new leads and questlines. One example is a note explaining how a woman took a mysterious substance called a Growth Stimulant into the Medical Tunnels.
Finding this letter starts the Growth Stimulant lead, where your objective is to explore the Medical Tunnels and find this strange substance. While it’s a short quest, it’s not so simple to complete.

How to Reach the Medical Tunnels
The Growth Stimulant lead inAtomfallstates “Dr. Langley went mad. She took the stimulant from me and ran into the tunnels.” With this information, it’s easy to conclude that we need tohead to the tunnels.
What the note doesn’t tell you is thatthe tunnels are located under the Medical facilityofthe Interchange. Check your map (or the image above) to discover the location of the Medical Tunnels.
The location where the Medical Tunnels are located can be reached throughData Store AandData Store Cafter turning on power with Atomic Batteries. Data Store A is found via the Wyndham Village’s Interchange door, and Data Store C is found via the Interchange door in Slatten Dale.
Players can also reach the Medical Tunnels by speaking to Dr. Holder, who is underneath St. Katherine’s Church, and following his lead. Dr. Holder’s quest will lead to the Medical Tunnels.
Be careful, this area is riddled with infection, so it may be wise tocraft Strange Tonics to prevent taking damage.The Strange Tonic recipe can be learned by following Mother Jago’s lead and finding the recipe in the castle of Casterfell Woods.
How to Find the Growth Stimulant
Once you enter the Medical Tunnels, directly ahead you will find a small crawlspace to squeeze through. Be prepared to encounter a handful of Thralls on the other side of the crawlspace.

Returning the Growth Stimulant to Mother Jago
After grabbing the Growth Stimulant, some spooky voices can be heard, telling the player tobring the substance to Mother Jagoin Casterfell Woods.
Mother Jago can be foundat the Old Mine in the northeast section of Casterfell Woods. You’ll know you have reached her location if you find a small house with a sign in front reading “Welcome. Open to trades on all items. No stealing!”

Approach Mother Jago andhand over the Growth Stimulant, which she will be very pleased about. She’ll inform the player that this stimulant is essential in escaping the quarantine.
After handing overthe stimulant, the next part of the Mother Jago lead will begin, where she gives you an offering for the Speaking Cave.
The Offering at the Speaking Cave
Luckily, Mother Jago will mark the location of the Speaking Cave for you on your map, so set down a waypoint and make your way to it. Due to the offering she gave you,no enemies will attack when exploring the cave.
At the end of the cave, you’ll finda stick statue and a bowl below it. Interact with the bowl and select the option to hand over the offering to complete this part of the lead.
Next, return to Mother Jago (who will now be right outside the Speaking Cave) and tell her the offering is complete. This will allow players to receive a unique ending of Atomfall if they wish.
